Where are the Premium Fluids made ?
Fluids® Special Effects special fluids are all manufactured in our factory located in France and more precisely in the heart of Europe in the region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Their chemical compositions and packaging are done with the utmost care within Premium Factory, exclusive distributor for all of our Universal-Effects® Brands, United FX®, Aroma Design® and Premium Fluids®. These new fluids replace all the old Universal-Effects® and United FX® liquids with the same quality.
Are they compatible with all machines ?
All our fluids are compatible with most machines on the market. In case of doubt do not hesitate to consult us. As the range of fire liquids is specially adapted to our flame machines, we do not recommend any other use with machines of other brands.
Are they dangerous for health and the environment ?
These products are not recognized as harmful to the environment. However, it is recommended not to discharge the liquid outside (land or water) but to evacuate it through the traditional ways for the reprocessing of wastewater. Our jerrycan containers of 2.5L, 5L, 10L, 20L and 200L drums are all recyclable, approved to the European standard UN Y 1.9 and manufactured in HDPE material.
Can the foam fluid be colored ?
We strongly discourage the use of dyes in the foam liquid, the allergen risk related to dyes not being zero. In addition, damage to clothing and furniture can cause conflict. Good lighting will be very effective and much more dynamic.
Is there an expiry date ?
We guarantee the effectiveness of our products for 1 year after their manufacture (See expiration date of best use on the packaging). Nevertheless, if the recommended storage conditions are met (in a cool and dry place, protected from the air and light), our fluids will continue to be effective for several years. In case of doubt do not hesitate to consult us. After prolonged storage we advise you to mix your product well before use. In case of doubt do not hesitate to consult us.
Can I dilute the fluids with water ?
For concentrated fluids (CC), please observe the dosage indicated; for ready-to-use fluids (RTU), it is not necessary and strongly discouraged to add water. In particular, with regard to liquids of the SMOKE, HAZER and FIRE ranges, any addition of water or any other liquid is dangerous for the user, the public and the equipment, these fluids being by definition ready-to-use.
